Salary: $29.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time
Location: Burnaby, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Rural area, urban area and various locations
Work site environment: Candidates should work at heights and outdoors
Security and safety: Criminal record should checked
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, manually dexter and also stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be physically strong, a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be a team player and also have accuracy and excellent oral communication
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like hand tools and also power tools
- The candidate should have cleaning experience of windows
