Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should have a desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit
- The candidates should have commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making one of our customer favorite coffee
- The candidates should have excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
- The candidates should have the ability to understand and follow applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide prompt, courteous customer service by discovering guests’ needs
- The candidates should be able to ring up all sales on the cash register or point-of-sale equipment properly and accurately, using suggestive selling techniques
- The candidates should be able to maintain ethical integrity and honesty while handling money, checks, and other types of payment received for products sold
- The candidates should be able to follow policies and procedures established to prevent loss of cash and merchandise due to actions by employees, vendors, and customers, ensuring proper cash handling procedures and policies are followed
- The candidates should be able to safeguard cash and merchandise and follow company robbery prevention and reaction procedures as provided in the Emergency Response and Reporting Procedures and Policy Manual
- The candidates should be able to perform duties necessary to maintain internal and external store cleanliness, including basic upkeep of floors, windows, restrooms, food preparation areas, shelves, and counters to stay clean and presentable at all times
