Variety Foods Ltd based in Mount Pearl, NL is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Sales order clerk. Variety Foods Ltd offer a selection of both retail and wholesale selections to our customers. Besides our locally acquired products, we also have a broad range of suppliers that we deal with that provide us with vast selection of seafood products. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Type of product: Food and food products
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be energetic, outgoing, dependable, organized, and flexible
- The candidates should have positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
- The candidates should be able to greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
