Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and excel in oral communication
- The candidates should be highly organized, known for their reliability, and be strong team players, known for their dependability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, supervise staff including apprentices, stagehands, and the design team, and conduct performance reviews
