Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.) effectively, providing guidance and support as needed
- The candidate should be able to assign sales workers to duties according to their skills and business needs
- The candidate should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- The candidate should be able to order merchandise accurately, considering inventory levels and customer demand
- The candidate should be able to authorize the return of merchandise following established procedures
- The candidate should be able to sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent service and meeting sales targets
- The candidate should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters accurately and timely
- The candidate should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, with professionalism and efficiency
- The candidate should be able to organize and maintain inventory effectively, ensuring accurate records and optimal stock levels
- The candidate should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed according to standards and deadlines
