Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work hours
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks involving walking as part of their daily activities and be comfortable with sitting as part of their job responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during work

- The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities

- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in consistently completing tasks and meeting commitments, and be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
- The candidates should be dependable in fulfilling their responsibilities and exercise good judgment in decision-making
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.) and assign sales workers to duties
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
