Salary: $18.22 hourly for 40 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Scotland, ON
Shifts: Day, 08:00 to 16:30
Type of crops: Ginseng and Herbs
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to tolerate odors and work comfortably in dusty environments
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination and be skilled in weight handling, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers and check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and products and clean machines and immediate work areas
