Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Food specialties: Fish and seafood
Equipment and machinery experience: Fish cleaning and cutting machine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads as required
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks as part of their duties and able to stand, sit, or engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise, advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, and assist in the display of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control, maintain stock rotation, and clean and maintain equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean and prepare fish and shellfish, cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
