Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed an office administration program
Experience: Candidates should have three years of related experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support the daily operation of the office of the FLMM Director and FLMM Secretariat
  • The candidates should be able to maintain the FLMM Secretariat’s general email account by prioritizing, responding to, or delegating inquiries for action
  • The candidates should be able to compose and prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents on behalf of the FLMM Director and FLMM Secretariat
  • The candidates should be able to assist in coordinating and arranging meetings, travel, accommodations, and catering, and be responsible for related logistics and organization
  • The candidates should be able to assist in coordinating the FLMM Secretariat’s budget, monitor forecast documents, and process invoices and expenses, order goods and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to manage records, including maintaining a bring-forward and tracking system, along with an organized filing system, maintain up-to-date contact, membership, and distribution lists
