Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have advanced experience in implementing Supply Chain solutions

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be willing to travel approximately 25%

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should focus on Logistics Systems implementations or information technology-related field
  • The candidates should demonstrate understanding/experience working in an agile development methodology
  • The candidates should exhibit strong interpersonal skills encouraged both oral and written
  • The candidates should be strong collaborators with multi-functional teams from tech, design, and business
  • The candidates should be meticulous with initiative and have the ability to work through issues expected and A sound knowledge of SAP (ECC/S4Hana) IM & WM HU processes
  • The candidates should maintain a high standard of organization to plan and complete tasks in priority order expected
  • The candidates should have Relevant experience in a role on a software implementation project

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to analyze business requirements and EWM functionalities to identify training needs
  • The candidates should be able to design and develop comprehensive training programs for different user groups, including warehouse staff, supervisors, and support personnel, and develop training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and presentations
  • The candidates should be able to ensure training materials are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest EWM system features and updates, and conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff, both in-person and through virtual platforms
  • The candidates should be able to adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer, and tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization
  • The candidates should be able to provide ongoing support and additional training sessions as needed to address user concerns and challenges, and work closely with EWM implementation teams, project managers, and key partners to align training programs with project timelines and objectives
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with domain experts to incorporate sophisticated practices and industry standards into training content, and implement mechanisms for capturing feedback on training efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to regularly evaluate and update training programs based on user feedback, system improvements, and changes in business processes, and maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and user progress
  • The candidates should be able to develop and update documentation related to EWM processes and procedures
