Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to analyze and interpret complex data, providing meaningful insights and confidently communicating detailed information in an impactful way
- The candidates should demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate the development of payment solutions and ensure they meet business and customer objectives
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong understanding of the payments life cycle and experience with High Value Payments, Wire Transactions, ISO20022, Swift/Lynx Payments, as well as Accounting, Settlement, and Reconciliation processes
- The candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively facilitate conversations with both internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating the payments vision, tactical steps, and addressing blockers
- The candidates should prioritize client needs, engage with purpose, and be committed to finding the right solutions while going above and beyond to support client success
- The candidates should possess strong influencing skills, understanding the importance of relationships and networks in achieving successful outcomes
- The candidates should value trust, teamwork, and accountability, consistently bringing their authentic selves to work and aligning with the organization’s core values
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to serve as a subject matter expert with experience in MT message standards and ISO 20022 message translation
- The candidate should be able to collaborate with business partners to gather and document complex business requirements, lead scope definition, and deliver appropriate business and technical solutions
- The candidate should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent collaboration and regular engagement
- The candidate should be able to streamline production processes and manage validation of outcomes during production testing
