Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have Previous banking experience as a strong asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong customer service skills
  • The candidates should be willing to assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • The candidates should have experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a lobby leader, ensuring that customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the Branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, such as opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs)
  • The candidates should be able to nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in technology and share their knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in better managing their banking needs
  • The candidates should be able to build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • The candidates should be able to uncover and address customers’ needs effectively
  • The candidates should be able to explain complicated concepts in a simple and understandable manner
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
  • The candidates should be able to show eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
