Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to grow in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and adaptability skills
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
- The candidate should have experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects
- The candidate should have experience in sales within technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environments
- The candidate should have experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, including managing advertising or media campaigns
- The candidate should have experience in media across a variety of platforms TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship), experience influencing advertisers, agencies, clients, including executive-level stakeholders
- The candidate should be experienced in managing multiple accounts with the ability to assess and solve client needs using sales techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans to achieve targets
- The candidate should be able to drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and meeting customer business and marketing objectives
- The candidate should be able to own the full sales cycle by conducting customer outreach, delivering sales pitches, implementing solutions, and evaluating performance
- The candidate should be able to engage, support, and build strong relationships with customers and collaborate closely with the internal SMB Account Manager pod to pitch and accelerate business growth
- The candidate should be able to coach teammates proactively to expand their skills, cultivate customer growth, and contribute to overall team success
- The candidate should be able to model effective sales behaviors including executive-level engagement, strategic questioning, objection handling, and promotion of services
- The candidate should be able to lead and strengthen executive-level relationships through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements
