Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be passionate about working with people and technology and be able to work as a Microsoft Senior Advisor
- The candidate should be able to get equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist the customers and take the periodic offsite training
- The candidate should be able to create an amazing customer experience
- The candidate should be knowledgeable of Microsoft products and have enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- The candidate should have flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment and give a commitment to maintaining an inclusive, safe, and fun working environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to work as the face of the Windows store within Best Buy for everyone who visits the store
- The candidate should be able to share passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members and help customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution and respond to their questions
- The candidate should be able to participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft
