Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a university degree in technology, e-commerce, or any other training related to product management
Experience: Candidates should have at least seven years of experience developing digital products as a product manager, including a minimum of three years focused on in-house products

- The candidates should be able to balance experimentation with stability, focusing on delivering quality over quantity

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in using tools in an agile environment Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
- The candidates should have a solid understanding of performance measurement and user testing tools
- The candidates should be familiar with collaboration and co-creation methods, such as Design Sprints
- The candidates should have excellent spoken and written French skills, English proficiency as an asset to facilitate collaboration with bilingual team
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to summarize business needs and objectives into clear, concise epics and user stories
- The candidate should be able to analyze, prioritize, and guide the development of high-value CMS features, balancing business needs, opportunities, and technical debt
- The candidate should be able to identify key problems and opportunities to meet defined business objectives (OKRs), evolve and maintain the vision and roadmap for the CMS ecosystem
- The candidate should be able to integrate technical debt reduction into all prioritization and planning decisions, communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and regularly
- The candidate should be able to lead product strategy and planning activities, including discovery, OKR definition, product reviews, and design sprint cycles, support cross-functional teams in successful product delivery
- The candidate should be able to foster strong collaboration with product teams and both internal and external stakeholders
- The candidate should be able to define product success criteria, analyze outcomes, and recommend optimizations that support product growth aligned with business goals
