Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of PhD in Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- The candidates should have 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages Python, C, C++, Java and JavaScript
- The candidates should have 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, and 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role
- The candidates should preferably have a Master’s degree
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work with stakeholders to identify organizational priorities and customer
- The candidates should be able to set and communicate team priorities and align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams
- The candidates should be able to manage a team and set clear expectations based on level and role
- The candidates should be able to meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and define and nurture the team culture
- The candidates should be able to develop the long-term technical vision and roadmap within their teams
- The candidates should be able to anticipate future requirements and infrastructure
- The candidates should be able to partner with the team’s TL and the Data Science team lead on priorities and technical decision-making
- The candidates should be able to oversee systems designs within the scope of the broader area
- The candidates should be able to review product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems
- The candidates should be able to review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency
