Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have minimum of BE in Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 5 years of Telecom experience and including at least 2 years in a customer facing role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a critical pre-requisite, which is the willingness and ability to travel and work internationally in line with business requirements for these highly visible and senior roles
- The candidates should have PC design experience and proven experience in the above environment
- The candidates should have a strong track record in engaging with customers and demonstrating advanced skills in communicating, leading, influencing, building networks and relationships, planning, and delivering results
- The candidates should ideally possess a Solution Architect certification as a plus
- The candidates should preferably have ETCP certifications
- The candidates should possess very good knowledge of the PC Solution
- The candidates should demonstrate high motivation and ambition
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead in solution analysis & design for customer solutions, involving high levels of interaction and coordination with Product Development Units, regional Competence Centers, and the Customer Technical and Marketing Teams
- The candidates should be able to identify the impacts and risks resulting from the solution introduction and provide recommendations on solution evolution
- The candidates should be able to manage customers’ requirements and expectations from presales through to the handover stages of the project
- The candidates should be able to participate in customer workshops, offering solution and technical expertise, and delivering solution presentations
- The candidates should be able to maintain constant interaction with Account Teams and the end customer, understanding the operator’s business issues, and identifying opportunities for evolving solutions to create new business, requiring strong networking capabilities
- The candidates should be able to provide leadership and senior competence for integration teams
- The candidates should be able to share and transfer knowledge, mentoring other team members
- The candidates should be able to identify add-on sales opportunities through close cooperation with the customer in delivery projects and drive business by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions and creating new ones
- The candidates should be able to interact effectively with customers, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organizations
