Work setting: Computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler and Willing to relocate
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Hindi, and Panjabi
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: JavaOS, Device drivers, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security, Internet, Servers, Desktop applications, File management software, Multimedia software, Communication software, Programming software, Web service design, Information technology, Database software, Programming languages, Software development, MS Office, and MS Windows
Credentials: Cisco certified internetwork expert (CCIE), Red Hat certified engineer (RHCE), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment effectively, and operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and coordinate access and use of computer networks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to load computer tapes and disks, install software, printer paper, and forms accurately and timely to ensure smooth operation of computer systems, and provide problem-solving services to network users promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions in network operations
- The candidates should be able to implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect sensitive information and ensure the integrity of the network, and perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures and maintain control records to ensure proper functioning of the network
- The candidates should be able to perform data backups and disaster recovery operations regularly to prevent data loss and minimize downtime in case of emergencies, and install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade web-server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security
- The candidates should be able to implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance to ensure efficient network operation, and modify web pages, applets, and scripts as needed to meet user requirements and enhance functionality
- The candidates should be able to perform web-server backup and recovery operations to safeguard website data and ensure continuity of online services, and supervise technical staff effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure and services
