Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job and be able to work under pressure
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers, accept payment in various forms, and advise on menu selections, including daily specials
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, and assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, supervise other servers and bussing staff, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
