Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills.
- The candidates should show initiative in their work and maintain organization in their work habits
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, and describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, and take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
