- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods during the workday
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as part of their job requirements

- The candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to client focus, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, possessing efficient interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively, displaying flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and tasks
- The candidates should show initiative in taking on tasks and finding solutions independently, be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently, and be reliable in consistently delivering high-quality work, while being team players capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, describe and advise on wine selection, and perform sensory evaluation of wines
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, describe menu items including daily specials, advise on menu selections, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, answer questions regarding food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings, balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and provide customer service
