Original Joe’s Cold Lake is a popular dining destination offering a diverse menu of classic comfort foods and contemporary favorites in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Restaurant
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and perform under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks while demonstrating reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
- The candidates should display flexibility in their work approach and show initiative in taking proactive steps to accomplish tasks
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, and they should be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers, advise on menu selections, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
