Rossmount Inn based in Chamcook, NB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Server – food and beverage services. Rossmount Inn offers 18 comfortable guest rooms with all the standard amenities, an outdoor pool, verandah and pool deck area. Our talked about restaurant, known for its market fresh, local and mostly organic cuisine and a small but eclectic wine list as well as the adjacent cozy lounge bar with an interesting selection of single Malt Whiskies, have become a focal point of the Rossmount Inn. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client focus, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, address customers’ complaints or concerns, present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers, advise on menu selections, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- The candidates should be able to describe and advise on wine selection, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, provide customer service
