The Story Cafe – Eatery & Bar based in Richmond, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Server – food and beverage services. The Story Cafe – Eatery & Bar offers a unique and inviting dining experience that combines delicious food, creative cocktails, and a cozy atmosphere. Our cafe is designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gathering with friends, enjoying a meal with family, or having a romantic evening. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
