Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 35 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 620 McKay Street Kingston, ON K7M 5V9
Shifts: To be determined
Work setting: On-site customer service, Service, In shop, Repair
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and be comfortable working in noisy conditions, willing to work outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should demonstrate manual dexterity, exhibit attention to detail, and possess hand-eye coordination skills, while being physically capable of handling demanding tasks and able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should maintain organization in their work and be reliable in their commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective or worn parts and components
