Work setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession and Restaurant
Supervision: 5-10 people, Cook (general), Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Bondable and Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, hire food service staff, and ensure food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to prepare a budget and cost estimates, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check the assembly and delivery of food trays
