Supervision: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in hot environments as required by the job
- The candidates should excel in a fast-paced work environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively, and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods as necessary for their role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus, ensuring satisfaction and meeting their needs, while possessing efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations, collaborating well with others and contributing positively to team dynamics and goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
