Supervision: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, and Staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as needed to fulfill job responsibilities

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and methods to meet them effectively
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- The candidates should be able to estimate required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation accurately
- The candidates should be able to ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards
- The candidates should be able to address and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns promptly
- The candidates should be able to maintain comprehensive records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports on relevant operational aspects
