Work setting: On-site customer service and Restaurant
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments, maintaining focus and efficiency despite external distractions
  • The candidates should be comfortable working in hot conditions, managing tasks efficiently despite elevated temperatures
  • The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with composure
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, as required by the job

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction and needs
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with team members and clients
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and tasks as required
  • The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and positive interactions within the team

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, and prepare a budget and cost estimates
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
  • The candidates should be able to supervise and check the assembly of trays and establish work schedules
