Salary: $20.50 hourly for 32 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail while capable of working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be skilled in handling heavy loads and physically fit for demanding tasks, including being comfortable standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs), while also able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit dependability and demonstrate reliability, showing flexibility in their approach and taking initiative when needed
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication and be effective team players, while also being organized in their approach to tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine the method of shipment based on factors such as size, weight, and destination, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, while also inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality of received items
- The candidates should be able to maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant information, including recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods promptly, following established procedures for documenting discrepancies
- The candidates should be able to route goods to appropriate storage areas based on factors such as product type, size, and storage requirements, while also packing goods to be shipped securely and appropriately, using proper packaging materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit
- The candidates should be able to unpack goods received carefully and efficiently, ensuring that items are handled with care and any packaging materials are properly disposed of, and affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments accurately and legibly, ensuring that packages are properly labeled for delivery
- The candidates should be able to oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that items are handled safely and efficiently during the transportation process
