Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule distribution of goods and transportation conveyances, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
- The candidates should be able to be proficient in preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately
- The candidates should be able to possess the ability to inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, ensuring quality and quantity compliance
- The candidates should be able to maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory and shipments effectively
- The candidates should be responsible for recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods, maintaining quality control standards
- The candidates should be able to route goods to appropriate storage areas and pack items securely for shipping, affixing identifying information and shipping instructions as necessary
- The candidates should be able to oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
- The candidates should be able to supervise material handlers and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed
- The candidates should be able to handle payments and receipts for goods, maintaining accurate financial records
