Work site environment: Candidates should work in dusty, noisy and odours
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Type of materials: Leather
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, manually dexter, perform repetitive tasks, able to distinguish between colours, pay attention to detail, stand for extended periods and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong, a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also for hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and also have accuracy
- The candidate should be someone who can judge and also reliable
- The candidate should have experience of equipment and machinery like industrial sewing machine and also leather stitching machine
- The candidate should have experience of sewing like commercial
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment, use sewing guides and tension devices, monitor for quality and also clean and maintain work space
- The candidate should be able to operate machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products on a piece-work or production basis and also operate sewing machines or sew by hand
