Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
Experience: Candidates should have strong SAP Process Orchestration (PO) experience with increasing degrees of responsibility
Background Investigation: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the clearances like criminal history check and reference check
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have hands-on experience in Interface Design & Configuration using SAP-PO
- The candidates should have hands-on experience with JAVA & XSLT
- The candidates should have strong Graphical Mapping skills

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work with development teams from project initiation through to production implementation in a consultative role, representing both EAI and PO
- The candidates should be able to provide status updates on assigned project deliverables
- The candidates should be able to work with application support teams to ensure PO environment availability through effective proactive monitoring and prevention to avoid unplanned outages
- The candidates should be able to ensure SAP PO application failures are handled effectively and resolved in a timely fashion. Analyze dumps, traces, and logs in order to determine the root cause of specific problems
- The candidates should be able to manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the level of service is understood
- The candidates should be able to identify and prioritize enhancements to existing SAP PO interfaces and ensure execution per the plan
- The candidates should be able to work with EAI team members to determine the best value service improvement opportunities. Actively seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to deliver on chosen improvement opportunities following established service development best practices
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to define, document, implement, and operate repeatable, well-purposed processes
- The candidates should be able to coordinate diverse groups who contribute to the SAP PO environment and build consensus for requirements across the various IS groups
- The candidates should be able to identify assumptions, constraints, and anticipate and manage risks
- The candidates should be able to liaise with architecture to ensure PO functional and non-functional requirements are considered (i.e. security, compatibility, and maintainability)
