Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should perform in fast-paced environments, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be ready for repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, and be comfortable with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate and detail-oriented, prioritize client needs, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication, exhibit sound judgment, and be organized and able to manage tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code, maintain existing computer programs, and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software, assist in the collection and documentation of users’ requirements, and assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
- The candidates should be able to research and evaluate a variety of software products, program animation software for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications, and program special effects software for film and video applications
- The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications, manage incidents, perform robotic process automation, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
