Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Development of computer applications, business process management, and user experience design
Computer and technology knowledge: Linux, C++, Java, JavaScript, file management software, SQL, project management software, Visual C++ / MFC, database software, and software development
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines, while performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to manage physically demanding tasks, have manual dexterity, and strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colors, have sound discrimination abilities, and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods and stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, have a strong client focus, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should show initiative, exercise good judgment, and be organized, while also being a team player and creative
- The candidates should have integrity, be accountable, dependable, and resourceful
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code, maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software, and assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development of logical and physical specifications, research and evaluate a variety of software products, and program special effects software for film and video applications
- The candidates should be able to write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
