Work setting: Various locations, Installation, Repair, Rural area, Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling physically demanding tasks with ease and have the physical capability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) when required
- The candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail in the completion of their duties and be comfortable working outdoors in various environmental conditions
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks as part of their daily responsibilities and have experience or be willing to work at heights as part of their responsibilities
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, accurate, and dependable
- The candidates should be excellent in oral communication and flexible
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should exhibit professionalism in customer service and be capable of installing, repairing, and servicing interior or exterior prefabricated products
- The candidates should be able to determine layout and installation procedures and be proficient in utilizing hand and power tools
- The candidates should be able to measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations and be able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain work materials and supplies and be capable of installing, repairing, and servicing interior or exterior prefabricated products
- The candidates should be able to load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
