Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to explore and assess the needs of strategic or high-potential customers and articulate the business value and long-term implications for their business and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to lead the proposal or development of solutions that align with both customer and Microsoft priorities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new solutions
  • The candidates should be able to act as a thought leader and subject matter advisor to executive-level business decision-makers at the customer’s or partner’s business and guide others in identifying and engaging decision-makers and stakeholders to expand relationships with customers or partners
  • The candidates should be able to develop strategies for driving and closing strategic and prioritized opportunities and collaborate with account teams to ensure alignment with the account strategy and plan
  • The candidates should be able to lead deal execution with deal teams across the organization and coach others on implementing close plans to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure and lead the planning and execution of opportunities with resources and partners, identifying, leveraging, and coordinating partners across solution areas
  • The candidates should be able to lead sales orchestration with internal stakeholders and partners, applying a holistic approach to build networks across territories and position opportunities to promote collaboration and participation
  • The candidates should be able to lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft and mentor others while developing strategies for best practice sharing across subsidiaries and contribute ideas that can be instituted across Microsoft and post information or speak at external events
  • The candidates should be able to drive conversations with prospective customers and partners as a thought leader across solution areas and lead communication to provide feedback to other teams sales, marketing, engineering on future product trends or sales blockers
  • The candidates should be able to build and transform new markets by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources and lead a team in exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and facilitate customer innovation
  • The candidates should be able to manage the end-to-end business for strategic accounts across the organization, leading forecasting for accounts and developing a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling in high propensity accounts
  • The candidates should be able to mentor team members and complete required training, obtaining relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload or industry and proactively seek training, including information that adds to the understanding of customers’ business, and share it with team members and embody the culture and values of the organization
