Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate, assign, and review work and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • The candidates should be able to requisition materials and supplies, resolve work-related problems, and prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, investigate and resolve complaints and claims, and balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information about points of interest in the area, handle wake-up calls, and provide customer service
