Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in an air-conditioned environment and capable of handling repetitive tasks with accuracy
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their duties
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods if required and be comfortable with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized in their work approach and demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, either for shipment or delivery, ensuring items are securely packaged and unpack products received by the store, counting, weighing, or sorting items accurately
- The candidates should be able to maintain computerized stock inventory, updating records of stock levels and movements, and record incoming stock information accurately for inventory management purposes
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves and display areas neatly and efficiently, keep stock clean and in order, ensuring products are easily accessible to customers, and price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list provided
- The candidates should be able to attach protective devices to products to prevent shoplifting and ensure security and fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock accurately and promptly
- The candidates should be able to perform general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, to maintain cleanliness and tidiness, and fulfill order picking tasks efficiently and accurately, selecting the correct items for shipment or delivery
