Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have Four (4) years business experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should ideally have two (2) years of experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry
- The candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- The candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage and oversee the entire sort operations within a FedEx facility, ensuring compliance with FXG policies, procedures, and governmental regulations
- The candidates should be able to support the FedEx Safety Above All Culture and promote a safe working environment for all employees
- The candidates should be able to implement safety measures and protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and compliance with safety regulations
