Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 8+ years of strong experience with frontend technologies such as reusable components, responsive styles, single page apps, javascript, CSS, HTML

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have some experience with backend technologies such as API design, relational databases, caching, and messaging queues
  • The candidates should also have some experience with cloud infrastructure and continuous deployments, including containers (Docker) and AWS
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work closely with development and product teams to drive brainstorming, design, and implementation of new features
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to mentor and direct more junior developers in complex technical areas
  • The candidates should possess the ability to facilitate between and influence key decision-makers
  • The candidates should have excellent and empathetic English written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidates should preferably have experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Java, or Kotlin
  • The candidates should experience with application security and SEO/SEM optimization is considered beneficial
  • The candidates should have familiarity with active learning, agile methodology, and application integrations
  • They should also be detail-oriented and have an understanding of emerging technologies and enterprise application delivery
  • The candidates should be adept at group problem-solving and staying informed about information technology trends
  • The candidates should be proficiency in programming languages and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) are essential
