Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads with precision and care, and be physically fit to manage the demands of a physically demanding job
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work, and be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling as required for the job
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as needed for the role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate efficiency in their work, completing tasks with accuracy and speed, and be dependable, consistently fulfilling assigned responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and have a strong client focus, understanding and meeting client needs
- The candidates should be organized, managing tasks and responsibilities in a systematic and efficient manner
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to build pallets, load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, and operate a variety of equipment for these tasks
- The candidates should be able to make labels and attach them to goods, pack and unpack goods, and sort, crate, and stack goods
- The candidates should be able to transport and distribute materials and goods, organize and maintain inventory, and operate computerized inventory control systems
