- The candidates should be able to work alongside Team Members on the sales floor to assess performance, foster engagement, and address workplace
- The candidates should be able to lead team-building initiatives and create a positive and results-driven team culture
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, train, and mentor Team Members to support their development and career growth
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and create succession plans to ensure long-term team success
