Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • The candidates should have the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to use P and L and store reports to affect change
  • The candidates should be capable of managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • The candidates should demonstrate a desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • The candidates should ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
  • The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with preference given to experience with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
  • The candidates should hold GED
  • The candidates should hold a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment


  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate a focus and dedication to their success
  • The candidates should be able to commit to receiving proper training to confidently provide excellent customer service to customers every time they visit
