Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of retail management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs effectively
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • The candidates should be capable of managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the store’s rewards loyalty program
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation procedures and ensuring product availability
  • The candidates should be able to multi-task, perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • The candidates should have a desire to maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with preference for Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The candidates should have or GED; however, this is preferred and not required for candidates with
  • The candidates should hold a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance throughout their employment
