Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Morning
Supervision: 3 to 4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
