Scott Care Pharmacy based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Store manager – retail. Scott Care Pharmacy provide a range of pharmacy management services to Covered Entities. Our pharmacy helps patients achieve increased adherence and a positive clinical experience which has helped us become a trusted name among providers and the patient population that we serve. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Store manager – retail is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to less than 2 years’ experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, organized, flexible, and judgmental
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
