Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work quickly
  • The candidates should be capable of working while standing
  • The candidates should know how to make decisions under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to maintain accurate production records indicating important details like date, weight, temperature, and measurements of various parameters for both products being produced and finished products
  • The candidates should be able to operate single-function equipment for various food processing tasks like extraction, mixing, stirring, cooking, cooling, canning, and packaging

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate good priority management skills
  • The candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure proper functioning of equipment entrusted to them
  • The candidates should be able to set up and adjust processing and packaging equipment before operations begin
  • The candidates should be able to make mechanical adjustments
  • The candidates should be able to operate multifunctional industrial process equipment using control panels and computer terminals to process raw materials into finished products and package them according to specific processes
  • The candidates should be able to monitor indicators, computer readings, and control screens to verify processing conditions
  • The candidates should be able to make adjustments to variables such as cooking time, ingredient input, flow rates, and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency
  • The candidates should be able to perform tests during processes to ensure products meet established quality standards
  • The candidates should be able to make necessary adjustments to maintain quality throughout the production process
