Salary: $3,500 to $3,700 monthly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 48 hours per week

Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, room and board provided, urban area, and willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Leasing/renting
Area of work experience: Cleaning
Computer and technology knowledge: Yardi system
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure and handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be physically capable of performing demanding tasks and comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed for the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks, show initiative in problem-solving, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners, and empty trash cans and waste containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to advertise vacancies, balance the rent roll, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, and perform minor repairs on appliances
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, supervise other workers, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, prepare purchase orders, and perform administrative tasks
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and prepare and track work orders
