Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties and hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque and authorize return of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
